Post Doc

Jens Madsen

Jens is currently working on investigating the connection between attention and education using electro-encephalography.

Yu (Andy) Huang

Andy received his B.S. in 2007 and M.S. in 2010 from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, both in Biomedical Engineering. He received his Ph.D from The City College of New York (CCNY) in 2017 with research focusing on computational modeling for transcranial electrical stimulation. After that he has been working as a joint post-doc in Parra Lab at CCNY and Soterix Medical Inc. His research includes medical image processing such image registration and segmentation, modelings of biomedical applications using medical images (especially from MRI), numerical optimization of computational models. He has created a pipeline software named ROAST for processing human head MRIs and building computational models for predicting electric current flow in the head. It’s a breakthrough in making TES modeling from MRIs accessible to anyone without solid engineering or computer science background, such as the clinicians. For more details see here
